International dispatch suspended.

As of 21st December we have had to remove international postage from our website. This has been recommended by the UK postal service Royal Mail as they have temporarily suspended some international services due to the coronavirus transport impact. We will monitor the situation and recommence international deliveries as soon as we are able. Apologies to our overseas customers, hopefully normal service will resume soon.

Are you ordering 'Purchase to order' items?

Any items listed as 'Purchased to order' in the title are not held in stock. We order them directly from Swarovski as we receive orders for them so they are very much dependant on Swarovski stock. We are happy to check stock levels before you commit to purchase. If you would like us to do so, please email us at info@scattercrystals.co.uk with the item, size & colour that you require and we will check the Swarovski stock system for you.

Swarovskis last dispatch day before Christmas was the 17th December so any purchase to order items placed from then will not be sent to us from Swarovski until the New Year.
