How to order:
Click on the 'Add to Cart' buttons to enter your choice into your shopping cart.
You can then choose 'Continue Shopping' which will take you back to the store or 'Go to Checkout' to pay for your goods.
If you have a discount code this can be entered in the shopping cart by clicking on the ‘I have a gift voucher or promo code’ text.
You can then check out securely entering your details and choosing your delivery option.
Once your order has been received you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. (Please ensure you input your email address correctly when ordering otherwise you will not receive your confirmation email).
Pay securely with debit/credit cards via Paypal or the Global Payments secure site.We also accept payments by UK Bank Transfers (BACS). Alternatively you are always welcome to contact us via telephone to place or pay for your order.
BACS payments: If payment is not made within one week from the date of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled to enable us to put the goods back into stock.
All goods remain the property of Scatter Crystals Ltd until full payment has been received for the goods ordered.
As a United Kingdom based company we charge in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling). If you are outside of the UK please make sure you have converted the value of your order to your home currency.
From the 1st January 2021 customers in the European Community, along with the USA/Rest of world, will not be charged UK VAT but may be subject to import duties depending on the value of your order. We (Scatter Crystals Ltd) are not responsible for any customs duties, they are the responsibility of you the customer.
We will not be held responsible for any currency or import duty issues. We have made every effort on this website to ensure our customers are aware of these issues.
If you are outside of the UK then payment must be by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal.
VAT (Value added Tax):
VAT of 20% is included on all UK orders. All of our prices are shown on the website inclusive of VAT.
Customers from outside of the UK can select their country from a drop down menu in the shopping cart, if the county is exempt from VAT then the charge will be removed and not charged by Scatter Crystals.
New EU VAT changes: With effect from the 1st July 2021, the exemption on VAT and duties on orders below €22 will end for goods being sent to EU destinations. All orders of any value will now be subject to import VAT and duties. So, although we will not charge VAT on your order at point of sale, you may be charged import fees in your own country.
Orders will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday) if placed and paid for before 2pm.
We will contact you if any items ordered and paid for are found to be not in stock . We can either back order the goods or issue a refund.
UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier depending on the chosen delivery option and the value/contents/weight of the package.Overseas orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For and delivery can take up to 14 days depending on the destination country. For urgent orders, courier service is available, please contact us for a quote.
Customers outside of the UK may be subject to import duties depending on the value of your order. We (Scatter Crystals Ltd) are not responsible for any customs duties, they are the responsibility of you the customer.
Royal Mail aim to deliver Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24 within 1-2 working days. However, this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days from posting have passed. Once the 15 days have passed we can resend or refund the order and submit a claim for loss to Royal Mail.
If your order is urgent we recommend that you use the next day delivery service which is guaranteed for orders placed before 2pm.
For orders outside of the UK Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 25 working days from posting have passed. therefore we cannot refund or replace packages until such date.
If you are in the USA, USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. If the tracking status says 'delivered' but you dispute this, you must contact USPS as we have no control of the US postal service.Returns:
The Swarovski factory packs cannot be returned once opened. This is because once the tear off seal on the back of the packs has been removed the packs cannot be resealed and therefore cannot be resold to another customer. We offer a 7 day cooling off period on all other products and unopened factory packs on the condition that: The goods have not been used, purposely damaged or tampered with in any way.
You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the return and the item must be returned with 14 days.
The safe return of the item is your responsibility.
Once the item has been received we will issue a refund. Please note: The refund is for the cost of the goods only, not the delivery charges.
Any goods found to be faulty/damaged can be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the fault/damage. The faulty/damaged item must be returned to Scatter Crystals Ltd before we can issue a refund.
