Update 15th May:

From Monday 18th May we will be back to business everyday (Mon-Fri) but on reduced hours. Ellie & Chloe will be in the office processing orders from 11am to 3pm. Royal Mail will be collecting again daily so get your orders in before 2pm each day to guarantee dispatch. Deanna will still be working from home responding to any emails etc. We are also lifting our suspension on deliveries outside of the UK so our customers in other countries can order again. Please be aware though that overseas deliveries are taking longer due to backlogs caused by Covid-19. We have seen some orders take the usual 5-7 days whilst others up to 4 weeks. Whilst things are very slowly getting to a new normal, there may well still be delays that we have no control over so your patience is very much appreciated. 

First things first.......I hope you are well and staying safe throughout these challenging times. We are still working but on much reduced hours and as long my staff are safe to continue we will carry on. There are some changes however.......I (Deanna) am working from home as I am a renal patient currently on the kidney transplant list so i'm isolated. I am here to answer any emails so if you need anything feel free to email me. Ellie & Chloe are covering the order processing side between them in the office but we are only currently dispatching twice per week on a Monday & Thursday to limit the number of times my staff have to go into work. Due to limited office hours the best way to contact us at the moment is by email as we can respond to that much quicker.

No other people will be crossing our threshold into the business premises. We are reducing the number of Swarovski orders we send in to limit the number of deliveries that we receive. Unfortunately this also means that at this time we can not offer appointments for anybody to come to the business premises to view products or click & collect. My staff are literally my family.........Terry (dad), Ellie (daughter) & Chloe (may as well be my daughter) and their safety is more important than anything. When these crazy times are over I hope I still have a business to come back to but more importantly I hope my family, friends and customers are all safe and well.

I have received some communication from both Swarovski and Royal Mail that may impact on deliveries:

Swarovski are still working to process orders however, on a temporary basis to protect their workforce they are on minimum working mode at the factory in Austria where the crystals are produced. This may lead to delays on the production of items which are currently not on stock. 

Royal Mail have until further notice suspended the Special Delivery next day by 1pm guarantee. As a result of this they will not refund any Special Delivery postage costs if items do not arrive within the usual guaranteed time. Special Delivery items will still be given priority and Royal Mail will aim to get them to you on time. 

Royal Mail have put a temporary procedure in place regarding capturing signatures on delivery. To protect the workforce they will no be requesting a signature but will capture the recipients name and will ensure that the item is taken in.

Unfortunately we have had to suspend trading to customers outside of the UK. The Covid 19 virus has caused major delays for postal services across the world and we have no control over delivery times. We have suffered many losses for orders that just haven't arrived so have made the decision to only post within the UK until the situation eases.
