AS THE TIME IS GETTING CLOSER FOR US TO SADLY CLOSE OUR DOORS, 4 MEMBERS OF STAFF HAVE BEEN REDUCED TO 1. BUSINESS IS NOW MUCH QUIETER DUE TO REDUCING STOCK LEVELS, THEREFORE, WE ARE NOW OPERATING ON REDUCED HOURS: MONDAY TO THURSDAY 9am - 12pm.  WE ARE NOW CLOSED ON FRIDAYS.

A little bit about who Scatter Crystal were before sadly having to close down:

Scatter Crystals Ltd was a family run business based in Northwich run by three generations: Deanna, her father Terry and her daughter Ellie, not forgetting the lovely Chloe. As a small family business we were proud of our customer service, dealing with our customers and their orders personally from the initial enquiry to dispatch of the goods. Through hard work and dedication, we were lucky enough to be given SWAROVSKI® Authorised Wholesaler status. This partnership with Swarovski ended on the 30th June 2021 which means we cannot place any further orders with Swarovski. Everything on our website we already had in stock so is available for immediate dispatch although stocks are now running low.

After the Swarovski announcement, Terry retired, Ellie set up her own small business selling Preciosa crystals and Chloe found a new job elsewhere, so that leaves just myself, selling off what stock I have left.

Hours of business:

You can order online at any time. 

Orders placed before 12pm Tuesday - Thursday will be dispatched the same day. 

Order placed on a Monday will be dispatched same day if placed before 11am, this is due to our local Royal Mail collection office closing early on a Monday.

Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. The office is closed on a Friday.

The lease on our current office expires in September 2022 and obviously won't be renewed as we are closing down. This means that whatever stock I have left will be taken and sold from home. As long as my website www.scattercrystals.co.uk is still live then you know I am still trading whilst selling off the last stock.

As we are leaving the office building our BT service is being cancelled so I will have no phone line. You will still be able to contact me via email for any order enquiries.
